Breakfast

Breakfast Burritos: warmed burrito with a juicy spiced mincemeat or black bean filling with as assortment of toppings including avocado, sour cream and chunky cucumber, tomato and mint salsa. An assortment of cereals accompanied with a range of milks including dairy milk, almond milk, soymilk, lactose free milk, rice milk, oat milk and coconut milk. An assortment of warm fluffy scones such as plain, whole meal, sultana and dried apricot, lemon and rosemary accompanied with multiple toppings including cream/coconut cream, fruit conserves, lemon curd, creamy homemade chocolate spread, sundried tomato pesto and guacamole. Warn and crispy Granola cups topped with honey, fresh Blueberries, Strawberries, Raspberries, Stewed Cinnamon and Clove Apple with a yogurt or coconut cream topping. A twist on the classic Egg and Bacon Sandwich with runny or fully cooked egg with crispy honey smothered bacon bits all between lightly toasted artisan bread including Turkish, Pane Di Casa and Sourdough bread. An assortment of fresh, warm toasted artisan breads including Turkish, Pane Di Casa and Sourdough with Kalamata Olives accompanied with creamy butter, garlic and oil or fresh fruit conserves. Light fluffy buckwheat pancakes with an assortment of toppings including lemon and sugar, fresh fruit salad covered with honey or savory garlic butter with crisp golden mini potatoes.

Morning Tea/Afternoon Tea

Fresh fruit Salad Cups with a mixture of blueberries, raspberries, watermelon, banana, apple, grape, pomegranate and mango topped with fresh coconut shavings. A selection of savory and sweet muffins including garlic and rosemary, pumpkin and sweet potato, apple and cinnamon, blueberry and pear. A selection of classic warm fresh pastries including the humble croissant, chocolate croissant, apple and sultana strudel with a light dusting of sugar. Banana and raisin fruit bread drizzled with a light lemon glaze. Zucchini and roasted sun-dried tomato loaf read with optional honey mustard topping. Range of dips with a colourful vegetable platter including cucumber, carrot, celery, cherry tomatoes with crackers and turkish bread.

Lunch/Dinner

Creamy potato and leek soup with toasted crotons marinated in oil, garlic and garden herbs. Sweet green pea and caramelized honey bacon soup with crotons marinated in oil, garlic and garden herbs. Slow oven roasted sweet potato and fragrant French onion curry married with rice. Red Lentil, Chick Pea, Black Bean and chunky Tomato Spicy Curry A selection of pasta’s with a Roasted Red Pepper and Roasted Sun-Dried Tomato Tomato and Garlic Sauce Creamy Diced Chicken with Herbed Mushroom topped with a thick savory Cheese sauce Lightly Steamed Asparagus with Lemon and Oil Dressing Assortments of Salads including Greek Salad, French Salad with optional Balsamic Vinegar and honey or lemon and herb dressing Thickly sliced Eggplant Parma marinated in chili, garlic and paprika with a savory cream topping and chunky tomato sauce with fresh parsley and dill.

Desert

Apple/Peach/Apricot with a cinnamon cardamom and nutmeg infused buttery crumble. Chocolate and avocado creamy mousse with fresh strawberries and blueberries. A decadent and fluffy Dark Chocolate Cake with a Coconut Cream filling and chocolate gauche topping. A sweet roasted Almond and Date Tart with a side of fresh fruit topped with honey.
